St. Peter’s Church

Trusted to deliver an inspiring church renovation.

– St. Peter’s Church, London, N19.
– Phases 1 & 2
– Value: £500,000

Built in 1874, St Peter’s Church is a residential conversion in Dartmouth Park Hill. We were commissioned with the complex technical task of dismantling and rebuilding the church tower whilst retaining the original spire. Due to structural failures we had to replace the Bath stone buttresses, copings and kneeler stones for the entire building - our banker masons hand carved detailing on site to both the Bath Stone and squint brickwork. We also performed a Thermatech clean, rake out and re-point to 100% of the facade and gauge pointing to the arches.

“The work produced by Rosewood is of the highest quality and the clear attention to detail is considered throughout all works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosewood to carry out stone restoration and conservation works and look forward to working with them in the near future”
