St George's Church, Mayfair, built in 1720, Grade I Listed.

Rosewood are the Principal Contractor completing the Stone Carving, Sand Cast Lead roof work and in situ ornate plaster work to the soffit. The soffit had incurred bomb damage in World War II which had seen previous repairs which were found to be at the point of structural failure and posed as a dangerous fabric.

We completed the dry steam to remove all paint and carry out the necessary moulds to replicate details of the original design. New oak timbers were installed to the structure of the original roof to which the highly ornate lath and plaster coving and ceiling were reinstated too. Colour analysis was carried out to bring the decorations to their original glory.
