Rosewood completed the Thermatech clean to the fabric to expose the extensive masonry works required including, the removal of the failed Bath Stone, the installation of new Bath Stone mullions, transoms, cills, cornices and decorative rosettes across the façade.

Further replacement of the Portland Stone to the band course due to Regent Street Disease. Rosewood have also completed the carving of replica bricks to match those of the original building detail from 1868 and the complete re-pointing to the fabric in lime mortar.
