Rosewood currently have a vacancy for a full-time Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for running up to ten projects ranging from £100k to £1.5million at any given time. The position would suit an individual with knowledge, experience and a proven track record of a portfolio with individual projects exceeding £100k and a genuine passion to work with listed, period and historic buildings. The role will oversee the planning, management and post-analysis of projects, appraisal of costs, coordinating various trade packages; implementation and control of project programmes, control and issue of project specific documentation in accordance with the requirements of current regulations.
Rosewood are looking for an experienced Site Manager. The candidate should have a tracked background and a good all round knowledge of the building industry i.e brickwork, carpentry, roofing and decorating.
The candidate should be punctual, organised and hardworking with good communication skills. They must be familiar with all building materials, able to read structural drawings, trained in first-aid and have all relevant certificates.
