Rosewood were immaculate throughout; proactive from the start, practical at every stage and excellent site managers. As a result, the entire project was finished on time and within its budget.

The quality of Rosewood's work certainly appears to have been done to a high standard and I have only received positive feedback. Rosewood paid considerable attention to the requirements of refurbishing a landmark building. Considerable effort was made to keep the buildings clean and tidy at all times and to keep noise disturbance to a minimum.
